В статье рассматривается понятие свободы, исследуются факторы, которые влияют на свободу предпринимательства в России. Общим для всех факторов является то, что они неразрывно связанны с государством. Также предлагаются меры по увеличению степени свободы у российских предпринимателей, среди которых - изменение законодательства, повышение открытости экономики и борьба с бюрократией.
The article discusses the concept of freedom, studied factors that affect the freedom of entrepreneurship in Russia. Common to all of the factors is that they are inextricably linked with the state. Also proposes measures to increase the degree of freedom for Russian businessmen, among them - the changes in legislation, increased openness of the economy and the fight against bureaucracy.
