The article provides a philosophical and methodological analysis of interdisciplinarity as a key factor in the development of contemporary management science. It is shown that the transition from classical rationalistic and systems-based models to digital management is driven by the growing complexity of socio-economic systems, increasing uncertainty, and the need to integrate heterogeneous scientific approaches. Interdisciplinarity is interpreted not as a mechanical borrowing of methods from related disciplines, but as a specific type of scientific rationality characteristic of the postnonclassical stage of science. The authors argue that further development of management science requires deeper methodological synthesis combined with disciplinary rigor and philosophical reflection.
