Факторы развития гибридных институциональных соглашений в традиционных сообществах

Аннотация
В данной работе анализируются причины, по которым в одних традиционных сообществах возникают гибридные институциональные соглашения, а в других – нет. Для этого было проведено полевое исследование в трех дагестанских селах, в которых наблюдается разная динамика развития кооперации между местными предпринимателями. Из полученных данных следует, что основными факторами развития гибридных институциональных соглашений являются наличие закрытого социального капитала, неформальных регуляторов внутри сообщества, спроса на продукцию сообщества на внешних рынках, а также способность местных предпринимателей заимствовать ноу-хау извне сообщества. Кроме того, выявлены барьеры для развития гибридов – низкое качество институциональной среды, различия походов к ведению бизнеса у жителей сообществ и депопуляция сел.
