FORMATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF NEW RESEARCH TRENDS IN CONDITIONS OF TRANSFORMATION OF UNIVERSITIES

This article discusses new trends in the development of university education, involving the development of such areas as entrepreneurship and innovation in the university environment. The influence of the Russian state innovation policy on the formation of an innovative university policy is analyzed. We consider the transformation of scientific schools and directions in the classical universities in conditions of formation of innovative economy based on old scientific schools. The necessity of training a new type of personnel adequate requirements of the knowledge economy and the role of the Department of Innovation Economics of Faculty of Economics of Lomonosov Moscow State University in the process.
