Нейтральность денег: от классиков до современных взглядов

Аннотация
Статья посвящена системному анализу проблемы денежной нейтральности. В работе рассматриваются основные теоретические подходы к интерпретации нейтральности денег — от классической и неоклассической традиции до кейнсианских, монетаристских, неокейнсианских и посткейнсианских концепций. Особое внимание уделяется условиям, при которых стандартная гипотеза о нейтральности может нарушаться. Основной результат работы состоит в систематизации существующих подходов к анализу денежной нейтральности и в выявлении ключевых каналов ненейтральности денег. В работе показано, что отклонения от нейтральности могут возникать через ряд механизмов: негибкость цен и заработных плат, несовершенную информированность и формирование ожиданий, финансовые фрикции и кредитные ограничения, структурные изменения в экономике, а также институциональные особенности денежно-кредитной политики. Отдельно обсуждается роль инвестиционного канала ненейтральности, канала рынка труда и канала издержек инфляции. Предложенная в статье система каналов ненейтральности позволяет объединить разрозненные результаты теоретических и эмпирических исследований в единую логическую схему и уточнить границы применимости гипотезы долгосрочной нейтральности денег.
