Abstract
The article deals with the application and effectiveness problem of such kind of foreign policy instrument as economic sanctions. This paper concerns the evolution of economic sanctions and provides an assessment of their effectiveness at each stage of development. In early modern times, economics sanctions were represented by pacific sea blockade, while in modern age traditional economic sanctions are analyzed. Based on the results of a retrospective analysis it can be concluded that the effectiveness level of this policy instrument is low, that’s why a need of economic sanctions institute modernization appears.

Abstract
The role of money in man's life is the subject of research in economic science. It represents a philosophic concept studied by economists and philosophers and includes many theoretical explanations. The interconnection of money factor and human behavior demonstrates sustainability and evolves as moral and informational bases of world civilization change. The main task of studying the role of money in man’s life is to represent theoretical explanation of happening money factor influence on human character and make predictions concerning probable changes in future. Aristotle, Immanuel Kant and Georg Simmel are the most famous scientists that were connected with researching the role of money in man’s life.

Abstract
In modern economics it is become more important to study the ethical direction, where a dominant position occupied by questions of morality, responsibility and justice. Institute of Religion plays an important role in the economic activity of all believers from the beginning of time. One of the most striking examples of the influence of religion on economic development of the country shows an example of Islamic finance, which is the set of economic relations, the relevant rules and regulations of the Sharia. Of particular popularity of Islamic finance gained as alternative sources of investments, which have a lower degree of risk.

Abstract
Health-related risk behavior is irrational because of high future costs, though, in real life individuals often follow their feelings or social and cultural norms. We analyze the relationship between smoking and social capital, cultural norms and NGO membership. We also evaluate the effectiveness of different types of anti-smoking campaigns. We use the World Value Survey data and information of the World Health Organization about smoking population from 79 countries. Our result is that the most significant impact has bonding social capital and religious organization membership; encouraging independence and obedience in children is associated with a decrease of smoking population. Neither high cigarettes price nor prohibitive measures, except of anti-smoking media campaigns, have significant effect.
