Abstract
This article is devoted to the analysis of flexible forms of employment in the Russian labor market within the ILO concept "Future of work". The main purpose of the article is to identify the features of flexible forms of employment, to consider the prerequisites for their emergence and development trends, as well as to identify existing risks and new prospects associated with these forms. The basic factors of the formation of a new model of employment and labor relations and the development of flexible labor relations and new forms of employment in the era of globalization are studied. The review of researches revealing criteria of allocation and forms of flexible employment is carried out. Traditional and new forms of employment are identified and systematized, indicating advantages and disadvantages. A country-by-country analysis and systematization of the principles of ensuring equal rights and guarantees of workers engaged in part-time (flexible) work. The measures aimed at reducing the deficit of decent work are proposed. The mechanism of regulation of flexible forms of employment, prevention of negative consequences of their distribution, ensuring social and legal protection of workers is presented through the introduction of the principles of Decent work and "Future in the field of labor."

Abstract
The article considers a current problem of the influence of digital economy on the nature and the development of modern labor market , gives an overview of various methodological approaches to the concept of digital economy. Based on the received results, the author's approach to the concept under investigation is presented. The consequences resulting from the transition of society to the digital economy are analyzed in detail. It is concluded that digital technologies completely change the being of an individual as an economic entity, transferring economic activity from the sphere of material into the virtual sphere. The author identifies two main positions regarding the impact of the digital economy on the development of the labor market. In the course of the research it was proved that the digital economy transforms the classical relations between the employer and the employee, the attitude to work, working conditions.

Abstract
The article is devoted to topical issues of employment promotion at the regional level. Particular measures of active employment policy are considered and analyzed, and a quantitative assessment of the effectiveness of certain measures is given. The paper allowed us to present a broad range of the measures aimed at employment promotion, and, as the polar subjects of the Russian Federation were considered from the point of view of conditions in the labor market, to identify fundamental differences in the measures taken.

Abstract
Social-demographic and cultural diversityis an important trend in the modern labor market and has a significant impact on social and labor relations within heterogeneous groups. The research in this area has ambiguous results. Positive effects (opportunities) are associated with a diversity of knowledge, perspectives and approaches to problem-solving within the group, which stimulates creativity and creates a favorable environment for innovation. Negative effects (risks) arise as a result of segregation in the labor market, as a backfire to anti-discrimination measures, and as a result of intra-group conflicts that reduce the group performance and satisfaction with teamwork. Diversity can exist not only on the interpersonal (intra-group) level, but also on the intrapersonal level. Intrapersonal diversity that results from diverse life and professional experience contributes to the accumulation of human and social capital, boosts creativity, and helps individuals to interact effectively with other members of the working group.

Abstract
The emergence of new opportunities and limitations for personal development is one of the most important problems in the digital economy, where the place and role of a person is changing dramatically. At the same time, the importance of the problem of the individual is seriously questioned. From the postmodern point of view, a person who is lost in various streams of communication does not have a certain system of values, ideas about rights, duties and responsibility for actions, and therefore loses all meaning. The article shows that this problem remains important, and the opportunities for personal development are significantly expanded. This statement of the problem determined the purpose of the study - to show the possibilities for creative self-realization in the digital economy.

Abstract
The philosophy of work is the cross-disciplinary direction investigating various aspects of work. Among the most interesting philosophical problems of work it should be noted, for example, a problem of interrelation between work and freedom, a problem of sense of work, a problem of relationship between people within the labor process, a problem of the organization of work, at last, a problem of correlation between technics, technology and work. It is possible to tell with confidence that it is the eternal philosophical problems connected with work. Concrete formulations and the solution of these problems historically changed. In this work we light only the current state of some philosophical problems of work. This purpose defines also a circle of the tasks solved by us: first, to give definition to the concept "work", secondly, to designate a historical framework and to formulate the main problems in the field of work philosophy; thirdly, to give a short idea of the current state of statement and solution of some problems of philosophy of work.
